School Beautification Project -- Phase I: The Garden

| A bird and butterfly garden was planted in the midst of Floral City Elementary School. A bench was placed along the wall with plumbegos on either side. Routine maintenance continues to be provided by the members of the Garden Club. | ||||

To provide students with an appreciation and way to identify local plants and wildlife, many were depicted on the mural. From time to time, additions might be made as time and talent permits. Unfortunately the A/C units were replaced after the mural was completed so the swamp rose and bald eagle were lost. | ||||
